In 2013 I started Manual Therapy work with people experiencing musculoskeletal pain and limitations, taking a two year break in 2016 to teach Anatomy and Clinical Reasoning at the New Zealand College of Massage, before starting my private practice up again in 2018, this time with the addition of Movement Therapy informed by Yoga.

My love for yoga and movement has grown out of my love for the human body. Yoga offers no end point, there is always something to improve, refine or explore.

I believe strongly in the value of lifelong learning and it is my enthusiasm for learning new concepts, skills and information that brings me to my practice. I feel very privileged to be able to share my interests of biomechanics, neurophysiology and anatomy with you.
