My love for yoga and movement has grown out of my love for the human body.

I believe strongly in the value of lifelong learning and it is my enthusiasm for learning new concepts, skills and information that brings me to my practice. I began practicing yoga in my first year of clinical practice as a Neuromuscular Therapist, and have valued integrating my interests of biomechanics, neurophysiology and anatomy into my personal practice as well as individual and group sessions.

Yoga offers no end point, there is always something to improve, refine or explore.

My week is varied, I teach Anatomy and clinical reasoning at the New Zealand College of Massage. Teach a variety of styles of Yoga across the wider Wellington region and work one on one with clients.
