"I quickly learned that Bridie has an amazing breadth and depth of knowledge about the human body: how it works; what’s happening when one part of my body is speaking to me more loudly than other parts; and what to do to calm and soothe pain, while restoring balance to the whole body. She also has a great way of explaining this clearly and simply, without falling into jargon or speaking down to me. I’m certainly noticing physical improvements, but the icing on the cake is that our sessions feel more like play than work; they’re fun; and Bridie’s positive feedback on my efforts makes me feel a thousand feet tall!
